when importing  
- scale to however you want it 
- choose a colour from Colours folder for albedo 
- copy, paste same colour into normal, surface, emissive and height  
MAKE SURE TO SCALE THE EMISSIVE SLIDER TO YOUR DESIRED RANGE FOR GLOW EFFECT
